Team, Position, and Personal Goals for the 2015 Football Season

Its important to go into any endeavor with a goal to accomplish. As coaches we have goals for our teams, our athletes, and for ourselves. We are goal oriented people in a goal oriented field. If you haven’t done so, take the time to write down your goals for this season and post them somewhere visible and be accountable for the goals you have set. Good luck this season!

We work long hard hours all week long to prepare ourselves and our team for what each opponent brings to the game. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The key is having a plan and procedure for the good and the bad. There needs to be organization on the sideline and at halftime to handle every situation in order to be successful.
