Game Planning and In-Game Adjustments by Alex Kirby

Coaching Staff Organization and Philosophy hosted by Jason Aubry

The coaches we work with are an important part of what we do. We spend time with and interact with them almost (and sometimes more than) our own families. It is important that we surround ourselves with people who have a positive impact on the athletes we teach and ourselves. Coach Aubry led us in an excellent discussion about how we lay the foundation for our programs with the people who work for the program. It starts at the top with the Head Coach, who we hope is leading us all to be better men and better coaches. He is our guiding light and it is our job to spread his light for all of our athletes, and those impacted by our program can see.
